I am leaving the info up for learning purposes
I am under contract for a year (Starting on the 28th of February, 2015) to not adopt out intact animals. All SM male or female, will be going home already spayed or neutered. The operation and aftercare will be taken care of by me so you will not need to worry about that. I will be taking a $50 deposit for the waiting list, and then the rest of the operation fee will be paid closer to the time they are ready. Now, before you get worried, if ANYTHING happens to the babies during the operation, or for some reason these rats don't even produce SM, or it's found out they are all infertile, you will be refunded 100% (Or given the chance to wait for a different baby. Your initial $50 will go towards the new baby). You will not be refunded if you change your mind or something comes up and you no longer want to go through with it. Please think it through and be certain in your decision.
That being said, the SM waiting list is different than the general public, due to the higher prices for their operations. I will keep the list as first come first serve. You will need to fill out an adoption application and state you are interested in being placed on the SM waiting list. If approved, I will send you the payment info for the $50 waiting list fee.
Males will be fixed at 10 weeks, and will have a few weeks to recover before going home with you.
Females will be older, starting at least 3 months, since they have a more invasive and dangerous surgery.
This price covers the entire operation and everything they will use. It is not a price for the general public as they are excluding several procedures they would typically do for your family pet. There are no additional adoption fees since you are already spending an arm and a leg on this surgery. Please note that adopting SM will be at a later date. You will not be getting 5 week old babies like my regular litters. Males will be going home between 3 and 4 months of age. Females closer to 4 months old.

My Findings
I have ended the lines I originally shipped here. They have serve personality flaws and health issues that range from human aggression to seizures. No relative will be bred at the rattery but I am keeping notes to learn from.
Rusla x Timber
About Timber: Was very skittish before neutering. Never bit inside the cage but would bite pretty bad if fingers were near his cage or if one picked up his cage and he could get to fingers (This is assumed as he was kept in a rack system and fed through a grate system...not something that was continued here). After being fixed he has been non stop biting from July-dec, 2015. He appears afraid of other rats, male and female, and has been living alone in his new home. Timber continues to bite Feb, 2016. Timber: Lived a bit over three, never had any outward health issues. Bit non stop after being fixed. Vet that put him down thinks he became blind due to overdose in anesthetics for his operation, which would explain the sudden personality change after his operation. Died with Marni and Family who never gave up on him until the end.
About Rusla: Somewhat shy, but overall good personality. Never attacked, bit, or had issues with other rats. Living well in her new home. Rusla: Died of old age at about 3, no health issues.
There are 11 babies
Boys: ONE boy: Kept until 12/18/15; adopted by Amy. Has never bitten a human or attempted to as of 12/23/15. Has attacked another male rat and caused said rat to need stitches in Nov, 2015. Now lives as a solo rat. Can be skittish of noise and handling but is over all pretty tame. 12/29/15: Attempted to bite two people. FOUND DEAD Jan 31st. No sign of illness, just dead.
Girls: TEN girls
Girl adopters:
Beth: 2 girls; One girl is always biting as of 12/23/15. Will attack inside and out of cage. Does NOT like to be handled or taken out. Bullies other rats. Second girl is skittish but does not bite. Both live with a pet-line rat. Both girls have suffered minor seizures. Both alive and well as of 7/30/17. Passed away in 2018.
Sarah H: 1 girl. This girl is non SM. She has been friendly since being adopted and no signs of biting as of 12/23/15. Still healthy and illness free 7/30/17 Re-adopted to Connie and family as "Poppy". Her cage mates passed and she lived a few months alone. Due to this she does NOT like other rats and so now lived a spoiled life alone. She is very sweet to her family although prefers to sleep and do her own thing. She passed away early 2018. She continued to be a sweet girl in the end but never did learn to accept other rats. She became very weak in the end and had to be bathed daily to keep her clean.
Aisha, passed on to Amanda H, passed on to Amanda C: 2 girl (Glitter + dumbo champagne). Glitter is spayed. She is NOT friendly and very skittish. Her sibling is the same and has bitten. Glitter is alive and well as of 7/30/17. White girl found dead in 2017, no physical issue.
Jaime: 1 girl (Furiosa). Has bitten for several months when hand is in the cage. Acts skittish when out of cage and does not really want to be around humans. She is spayed. As of 12/23/15 she does not bite if approached the right way. Alive and well, and has stopped nipping in her old age 7/30/17. Early 2018, Zymbal gland tumor found. She was put down when it became too much.
Sarah R: 1 girl (Izzy) Very sweet, social, runs up to the bars to greet you, has never attempted to bite. Acts like a regular pet rat. Has developed a tumor and is being treated with chemo-drugs as of 7/30/17. Still; very sweet and active otherwise. She was put down September of 2017 due to qualify of life being impacted from the surgical site and chemo drugs. She became very weak and lost weight.
Sarah (Breeder friend) 1 dumbo sm. This girl has bitten many times. Has ran up and attacked. She was put down Dec, 2015 due to intense human aggression (likely from the seizures).
Laura I: 1 topear: Mostly friendly. Somewhat skittish. Has bullied females. No attempts to bite as of 12/23/15. Found dead 7/29/17, had several tumors.
Amy: topear champagne (Pearl) Skittish but has never attempted to bite as of 12/23/15. Very social with other rats. Does not enjoy being handled and prefers to run to cage. Found dead early 2017 (re adopted by Maggie) no physical issue.
NIBL Silver me Timber x NIBL Sadie
About Sadie: Skittish. Actually LOST her silvering around 6 months and looks like a black hooded. You can see in the photos above she was silvermane.
Laura I: Sadie + dove daughter: Daughter suffered seizers and passed Nov, 2015
Sarah N: 3 for breeding: One male was put down due to aggression. Both females are fairly social.
Emily: 2 boys. They bit as babies and drew blood. As adults they are mostly sweet. A little skittish, but easily handled. The hooded male has shown alpha dominance towards new rats. The hooded male has become very aggressive towards other rats and has left one with bad wounds Feb, 2016. One boy died of bad URI in the end. Boys were re-homed to Michelle summer of 2017.
Maggie: 3 females: All females bit horribly as babies and drew blood. As adults they are acting friendly. They are fast and easily scared however. 1 female died of URI. 1 Female had a head stuck in a cage and died by accident.

Sadie (Aka, Goats, adopted by Laura I) Died 7/29/17 from many tumors.
